Why Are People So Retarded?!

STOLEN:
WHITE PALM CENTRO
Why are people so retarded and feel the need to take things that are not theirs. I don't get it!

So I went to the bathroom during one of my breaks during school. I didn't have any pockets because of what I was wearing so I put my cell phone on the toilet...I know gross. But it was that or the floor. After going bathroom I went to wash my hands and headed back to my room. About 3 minutes later a light bulb went on reminding me I left I phone. I jumped up and ran to go get it. When I got there...it was no longer there. I was like, I must of brought it back. So I went to my classroom and looked everywhere. I couldn't find it. About 5 minutes later I was like crap...I really need to go find it. So I left class again. I checked the front desk, the library (where lost and found is), and the bathroom again. NO LUCK! I was ticked. I went back to class. It ended like 5 minutes after returning. My friend Kim called my cell phone, but no one would pick up. I found some other people I knew in a room by the bathroom and asked if they heard anything about it. They told me that Janea had found it. So I went to talk to her and she told me she put it back because she figured someone would come back looking for it. We went to check the bathroom again! It wasn't there...

So within about 15-20 minutes my phone got stolen. I am ticked. I figured when I went to check the 1st and 2nd time...Janae had it. So I am so frustrated right now.

I feel lost and naked without my phone. I can't understand why someone could justify taking another person's phone or any kind of property. First off, I would be really surprised if they didn't have one to begin with in this technological world. Second off, I kept a lot of information and appointments in there...so that is rude. Third off, Why!? Why are people so retarded? I will take a lot of the blame because I left my phone to begin with. But this world has gotten so bad that within 15-20 minutes (of me looking) some one feels they need to steal. It is just sad and stupid and I am extremely upset at whoever has my phone!

Plus, what am I suppose to do without a phone for the next week and a half. I mean...I am a college student with no home phone. Seriously! It isn't that easy to carry around your computer to check your email or facebook to see if someone needs you. I mean...how did people do it back with letters. Also, I am so use to have my phone a safety measure...I don't know what to do. What if I get in a car accident or have a flat tire or get lost or get pulled over by a cop and can't call my mom crying to tell her how me the cop was or....see what I am trying to say. I haven't ever had to live through any of those situations without a phone. I am so use to always being able to contact someone. I bet my family members are quite excited about this because no I can't call and bug them. :)

I guess I will just have to see what it is like to live in silence.

Sorry for the ranting...I would of just called my mom to rant but I don't have a phone :)

Santa Baby!

With the semester coming to the end and the departure of two of my beloved roommates, Jill and Erin, we decided to have a Christmas Party this year. It was just our apartment.
We made sure there was a lot of desserts :)
McKenzie made these Chocolate, Peanut Butter Rice Krispies.
Erin made sugar cookies.
Taylor had this new Chocolate Fountain we were all dying to try out.
Yum...
Ta Da...she did it and it was amazing!
Katie and I made this Christmas Cake Katie's mom makes every year.
It turned out great. So yummy!
Jill made these Candy Bars her Mom makes every year.
My stinkin' eyes have been really dry, so I had to wear my glasses.
The desserts turned out great!
We all just chilled in the Living Room while we ate.

We decided to do a gift exchange this year as well.
Erin had Me...
She made me this card...
on one side it had two pictures...
one of me with a check and one of Bella with crossed off.
It said underneath the pictures...
It's so obvious you're the hotter one, Megan. I would take you to the prom in a heartbeat with you in that dress.
On the other side it said:
Dearest Megan,
You have no idea how hard it is to get Bella off my back. I seriously need to leave her for good this time because she's so needy and clingy and is driving me up the wall. Your blood smells so much better than hers. Enough about her.
I need you more than ever. YOU are my life. You're like a drug to me. You're always pulling me in. I want you more than ever now. You're all I'm thinking about this Christmas and I want to be with you right now. I haven't told anyone about our secret relationship but I'm really considering breaking the news because I can't stand it anymore. I need you under the mistletoe this Christmas or I will have to go to the Volturi because I can't live without you.
Megan...we're soul mates. I want you with me even if it is hard for me to resist your blood. I can't spend the rest of eternity by myself. Please accept this gift from me and hold it as tight as you would me. I love you and Merry Christmas.
Edward
And my gift...
Awww!!
I was SO excited...she did great!
I had Katie...
I got her the headband and the pearl necklace
(fake, of course)
She also said she would be able to eat this whole snake the other day at this store...
So I went back and bought it to challenge her.
She did really well, except when about 6 inches went crusty over night.
She has also been in this apple juice fix,
so I got her some :)Katie had Erin...
She got her a pocket umbrella
and some new pjs.
No more high waters for Erin.
Jill had Taylor...
She got her this eye mask to sleep because she always talks about how she can't sleep due to the light in her room in the morning.
And a really cute v-necked shirt and necklace.
Taylor had McKenzie...
She got her some gloves, gummies, and a scarf!
McKenzie had Jill...
She got her two different scarves and basketball shorts.
After gifts we sat and talked for about two hours.
We all asked each other questions and people had to tell the complete truth for them. It was like a truth circle. It was tons of fun just hanging out and chilling.
All over...A VERY SUCCESSFUL NIGHT!!

Tis the Season!

I LOVE CHRISTMAS!!
This year I was able to set a Christmas Tree up in my apartment.
My grandparents gave Bryan and Ashley their old tree, so I do Brashley's tree!
Mom gave me some ornaments she didn't use this year
and I bought a couple to add.
It really gives this last haul in school a Christmas feeling. :)
McKenzie is in a floral design class at BYU for fun.
I love it when she brings stuff home.

CHRISTMAS DEVOTIONAL
Erin was able to get our whole apartment tickets
to go to the Christmas Devotional at the Conference Center.
This is a picture of Katie and I getting frost bite
while we waited for the rest of the gang.
The Devotional was amazing. We got to hear from
President Uchtdorf, President Eyring, and President Monson

These are just some random pictures from this last weekend :)

Annie Are You Okay, Are You Okay Annie?!

My ward Christmas Party was this last Friday!
My ward pays for us to have a really nice dinner and then, we have a talent show.
Last year, Jill, Erin, and McKenzie did a chipmunk dance.
This year, we all thought it would be fun to do something together.
With the death of Michael Jackson and some roommates being HUGE fans...
...we decided to dance to a mash up of three of his songs:
Smooth Criminal
Beat It
Billy Jean

Sorry...I could download a picture for you guys.
We practiced for hours this last week and had
a blast all hanging out together.
Little Funny Story:
This video was actually done after everyone had left that night.
We were a little disappointed because the music was really soft at the beginning.
So we decided to do it again after everyone had left and there was no stage fright.

Just A Little Extra

Here are some pictures from Divine Comedy...
Obviously they are old because...
my hair is long and Katie's hair is blonde.

This should be with the football post, but I didn't have it at the time.
I seriously love this pictures.

Thanksgiving 2009

Our drive started on Monday November 23, 2009...
Jarom got pizza to start it off.
We ended up making really great time
(because I drove instead of the Grandpa)

We were able to see the kids on Tuesday... this is how they greeted me. We went and got breakfast at the Train Station. Next, was Thanksgiving Day shopping. Food Galore... I don't remember the last time we filled up two carts worth of food. Evan showing off his strength...

Tuesday was a day with Mom :)
We had to get our teeth cleaned, so while Uncle Mark was torturing us...
Mom went to the local nursery.
Luckily, Uncle Mark didn't hurt us too long and we were done quickly...
but Mom wasn't... So Jarom and I went to a local Scuba shop for a little bit.
After going through the whole store,
we ended up chilling for mom outside. :)
Next, we went to get Jarom some shirts and stop by the mall for a little bit.
We had several laughs during this day and a lot of unforgettable quotes by mom.
It was fun spending time together.
I don't have a picture, but Mom, Tami, and I went to go see New Moon.
It was now my 3rd time and still amazing :)

THANKSGIVING!!
Everyone was in charge of something. I some how became charge of the kids ;). We made turkey decorations for the table and set the table.
I know...Makayla looks pained. For some reason she was doing her fake smile.
On the other hand, Evan likes to pose for pictures.
End Result...
Jarom was in charge of the Rolls and he did a great job.
Dad was in charge of the potatoes and gravy.
Tami had the apple pie
(I also made the Pumpkin Pies, but didn't go all fancy like Tami)
Tami showed off her mad skills again with this jello.
Mom made the stuffing and cooked the turkey.
She did an amazing job on the turkey.
I didn't get a picture before the turkey was carved...
but it was beautiful!

When we decided to eat pies, Evan was pouting.
Apparently I had told him he couldn't eat the pie and it made him sad.
In correction, I told him he needed to wait to eat the pie until everyone was there.

OH YEAH...I DYED MY HAIR THAT DAY!
I was ready for a change. With being in Nursing School,
I didn't have the money to get it dyed professionally,
so I had my mom dye it at home!!
The cut came the following day.
Bye bye 8 inches.
I didn't take a picture right after,
but you can see it in the following pictures.

Saturday...
We decorated the house.
This is Makayla and Bumpa setting up to decorate the village.
I forgot to get a picture of the end product. Sorry.
This is us decorating the Christmas Tree!!
Of course...
Jarom had to tease Makayla and throw her around in the air.

Sunday we traveled home.

It was a great trip and I am excited to go back for Christmas!!
