Heber Valley Camp

Our ward had a camp out up at Heber Valley Camp. This place is amazing. It is run by senior missionaries and is on dedicated church grounds.
We were suppose to bring dessert. Of course, Jarom had to go above and beyond to make the dessert art. I would like the record to state...It is my Muddy Buddies playing the role of dirt surrounding the campfire. :)
Megan and I ended up dricing up together because Ryan needed to take a second car to leave early. It was a fun ride up because the it is a beautiful drive.
Ryan and Megan
McKall...This girl is hilarious. She is 8 turning 9 in the next month and the bishop's daughter. She wants to do Broadway, which shouldn't be a problem because she is definitely is not sly and a great little singer. Everyone had tons of fun hanging out with her while she sung songs around the campfire.
Dessert got a little messy

It was just a lot of fun hanging out with everyone while relaxing around the campfire.
It is these experiences that remind me how much I love nature and how beautiful it is.
The cabins were really nice. They were build in 2005 or 2006 and have been kept in really good condition.
Megan and I ended up sharing a bunk. They were pretty big and it meant more warmth, more blankets, and more padding...all pluses.
Here are some pictures on our way back down the next morning.
These are pictures after we have left the camp grounds. I wish I would of taken more within the camp ground to show how beautiful it was.
