Movies = A Good Time
It has been raining all week out here, so what better to do than go see movies.
Thursday night...McKenzie, Kensi, and I went to see Losers in the dollar theatre. It was funny and entertaining. I would definitely recommend it.

Friday...It was a friend's birthday so
Kensi and I went with a large group of people to see Karate Kid with
Jaden Smith. It was so AMAZING! I was laughing the whole time. But there were a couple of
malfunctions with the film where the movie would stop. On our way out of the theatre we got a refund card to get another ticket another day. SO...

Saturday it was raining again and
Kensi and I didn't want to stay in the apartment. We cashed in our tickets to go see Killers. I found the movie funny, but wished the plot was a little better organized. But I just love Kathrine
Heigal...so I enjoyed it. :)
Pedicures = A Relaxing Time
Katie has never had a pedicure in her life. As the dedicated friends we are...we took her to experience the art of a pedicure.

Taylor, Katie, and I were the ones who got a pedicure, while McKenzie had her nails done.

You can see how truly relaxing a manicure/pedicure can be...

It was tons of fun to go do this together because we are all starting to part ways. We are all going to be returning in the Fall, but we aren't all living together. Katie left about a week ago to start a grown-up job at her Dad's office.

Taylor is on her way home this weekend after finals to enjoy the California sun and family.

McKenzie leaves this weekend as well, but back to Idaho to start planning a wedding for August. Yep! She is finally engaged and Austin did a great job. They went on a carriage ride in Salt Lake City where he gave her a book. The cover is of Cinderella's castle. Inside is the story of their fairytale and how they grew up in different kingdoms, but found
each other. There is corresponding pictures of their childhood as they grew up and end with pictures of them together. On the last page he asked her to marry him. He gave her a fake ring...which I thought was smart...because McKenzie is definitely going to want to pick her ring out. :) They have been ring shopping this whole weekend.

It is so sad to see everyone leaving and going our own separate paths. I can't believe it was two years ago that I met most of these girls. I remember being so scared to come back to Provo and also to be living with no one I knew. But when it came time for my parents to leave I was overwhelmed with peace and a feeling everything was going to be alright. What a blessing the Lord has given me. We have definitely seen
each other in the best and worst and our friendship has only grown. And as Jill and Erin left to serve missions, I was yet again blessed to meet
Kensi Kivett. She has been there for me so much this past year. I will be sad to have her go back to Idaho for school, but have confidence our friendship will be just fine. In fact...I know all of these friendships will be great :)
